Lihuang Wung
Lihuang Wung is a Senior Planner for the City of Tacoma’s Planning and Development Services. He has been involved with Chinese Reconciliation Park dating back to the 1990s and later served as the park’s project manager from 2009-2017. In this interview, he discusses his “two roots” of Taipei and Tacoma, the collaborative history of Chinese Reconciliation Park, and the power of public spaces to confront difficult history.
